We have a 10% restocking fee on all straight returns. Full exchanges are not subject to any restocking fees. Customer pays all shipping costs for both returns and exchanges. When exchanging an item be sure to include the cost of shipping the new items. Either call for a quote or use our shopping cart and then in the message section mention that this will be an exchange. We do not pay shipping costs unless it is our fault.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please be sure to call or email PRIOR to returning any defective items. Many companies take care of defective items directly.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please call or email and we will contact the carrier. All items are shipped with insurance (unless otherwise noted on the site).

RETURN SHIPPING METHOD
Please ship all returned items carefully. We are not responsible for lost or mutilated items.

    » Priority Mail: Free boxes and bags are available right at the Post Office for your convenience.
    » First Class Mail: Use padded envelopes or "tyvek" type envelopes. Do not use manilla envelopes unless you plan to tape the entire thing solid.
    » FedEx or UPS (or other major shipping company: Use a heavy duty box or "tyvek" type envelope.

Be sure the box is packed tightly as these are too often used as step stools for delivery people! I recommend delivery confirmation and/or insurance. We are not responsible for items that do not show up or are damaged.
